Terms of Sale

MINIMUM ORDER:
100 liners per variety.

Less than 500, per shipment, will be charged an extra 10%.

CONDITIONS OF SALE:

We accept all orders on condition that they become void should injury befall the stock.

TERMS:

All sales are net cash with order. With established credit our terms are net 30 days. Past due accounts are subject to a service charge on the unpaid balance at a rate of 1.5% monthly and cost of collection, if it becomes necessary.

CLAIMS:

All claims must be made immediately after receipt of stock. We will be glad to adjust any mistake made on our part, but in no case will our liability exceed the purchase price.
